The 7 Most Common ATS Failures We Catch
- Two-column layout — ATS reads columns in random order. Your content becomes garbled. Affects 35% of CVs we scan.
- Weak opening verbs — 'Assisted', 'Helped', 'Participated in' score close to zero in consulting ATS. You need ownership verbs.
